Furnace is cleaned , inspected and tuned up which includes fan blade cleaning, condensate flush, burner cleaning, exchanger clean all included in this service and only IF vents ducts are clean….dirty vents and ducts contribute to a furnace NOT staying clean as long.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND I ACTUALLY pull your furnace APART ENTIRELY for inspection, cleaning and tune-up….then REBUILD your furnace, and Retest operation to ensure proper operation. 

MANY of Calgary companies DO NOT have QUALIFIED experienced technicians who can perform a 4 in 1 service …see below. 

1/ Inspection. What parts require replacement? What can be done to upgrade? All parts are tested.

2/ sanitized and cleaned 

3/ Tune-up….burners cleaned, heat exchanger (Inside and outside) cleaned, fan blades cleaned, motor cleaned and oiled (if not a sealed bearing) reheat coils cleaned , secondary condensate traps checked and cleaned, everything rebuilt and re tested before and after. 

4/ performance evaluation…checking for air leaks, missing ductwork, missing venting, holes in system.

Fan blades cleaned

Blower assembly cleaned

Arrival NOT at 11 exactly but anytime between window of time 11 – 1 sometime and need 2 hours to do job after finally arriving……and 

then need 2 plus hours to perform service’s after finally arriving.

ALL APPOINTMENT TIMES REQUIRE 90 MINUTES TO 3 HOURS TO COMPLETE!!
